## Mash the beans

Roughly mash the beans with the cumin, the paprika and a squeeze of lime. Leave
some texture.

## Fill the tortillas

Spread the mixture over half of each tortilla, add sweetcorn and cheese, and
fold it closed.

## Fry them

Lightly oil a frying pan over medium heat. Cook in batches until golden on both
sides and the cheese has gone.

## Serve

Cut into wedges and put the avocado and yoghurt on the table.

## Notes

Good job for a child: mashing the beans and folding the tortillas.

Use vegetarian labelled cheddar.
